order meeting march 3 2009

notes on order meeting by stephen baker;

*family dinner will be held April 25, 2009 at 5:00 pm
Angie is delegated to be head delegater, so if any one would like to help please
contact her. The location has not been decided and anybody who would like to
host please let her know.

*a work project will be held at Aunt Rachels on the 14th of March. The itinerary is as
follows; a) hanging sheet rock on two walls and taping and muding them. Please
bring tools to accomplish such tasks.
b) plowing the back yard into a garden and planting some vegetables.
Chris will be bringing the tiller.

*according to brother Bardsly the time to plant peas is two weeks ago so hurry up if you
haven't yet.

*the question was asked how do we involve every one? To answer Jermy read out loud
the rules of Orderville (witch I've failed to write down, but will post at a later date)
and stated that the tenth and eleventh rule are about manufacturing our own goods
for our selves and not depending on out side influences for our day to day needs.
And by manufacturing our own products we could become more united and save
money as well.
Then some of the brethren were delegated to get some answers on what to do and
how we are to proceed.

*lot 83 in the twin oaks subdivision is officially in the family's possession. There are still
more lots in the family's name for those who are interested in the development.
